Employer questions

What is included in a DOT 5-panel drug test?

The federal panel screens for marijuana (THC), cocaine, amphetamines (including methamphetamine and MDMA), opioids (including codeine, morphine, heroin and the semi-synthetic opioids), and PCP. Collections follow 49 CFR Part 40 procedures with a federal chain-of-custody form and MRO review of any non-negative result.

How much does corporate drug testing cost?

Corporate testing starts at $30 per test on an account. Your rate depends on the panel, monthly volume, and whether collections happen at our site or at yours. Request an employer quote and we will confirm pricing for your program.

What is the difference between DOT and non-DOT testing?

DOT testing is federally regulated: fixed panel, federal forms, specified collection procedures, and MRO review. Non-DOT testing follows your company policy, so you can choose the panel, the specimen type, and the reporting format.

Do you handle drivers, trucking companies, and aviation employers?

Yes. We support trucking and transportation employers as well as aviation and other safety-sensitive industries, including our own courier and logistics division's testing needs.

How do employees get authorized for a test?

Send them with your authorization, or use our online drug test authorization form — the employee completes their details and signs, and the panel section is completed by the laboratory.
